how to validate CKeditor or Fckeditor with jQuery validation plugin.

Hello,I am having a validation problem for text area editor using jquery plugin, here goes my code

<script id=”demo” type=”text/javascript”>

$(document).ready(function() {

var validator = $(“#ifrm”).validate({

rules: {

admission_desc :”required”

errorPlacement: function(error, element) {
error.appendTo( element.siblings(“.status_frm”) );

// specifying a submitHandler prevents the default submit, good for the demo
/*submitHandler: function() {
// set this class to error-labels to indicate valid fields
success: function(label) {
// set &nbsp; as text for IE

<form name=”ifrm” id=”ifrm” action=”submit_form.php” method=”post” enctype=”multipart/form-data”>

<td height=”24″ valign=”top” class=”fieldName”>Scholarship Description :<span style=”color:#F00; font-size:20px;”>*</span></td>
<td><textarea name=”admission_desc” id=”admission_desc” cols=”60″ rows=”8″ class=”ckeditor formVisuals” >
</textarea>&nbsp;&nbsp;<span class=”status_frm”></span></td>

<td height=”50″></td>
<td><input type=”submit” name=”btnsubmit” value=”<?=$buttonValue?>” class=”formVisualsB” />
<input type=”button” name=”cancel” value=” Cancel ” class=”formVisualsB” onClick=”history.go(-1);” />

There is no  problem with blank text area , it validates for the first time but even after when i input some thing in my text area then also it says this field is required and i need to double click sumbit button every time to post my form. Can anyone help with this issue?
